Hello is there anyway i could get all the car pins to program keys instead of having to call the dealership every time?

Most car makers give you the pincode on purchase of the car. It's on a card, together with codes like the radio code.
If not, the MaxiSys won't help you and other tools will only give you a few or a bunch (but not all) either. That's locksmith exclusive (and dealer) I guess.
